Shared Office Space

In Jan or Feb of 2011 I will have office space available on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays for a licensed psychologist who is willing to work with children, adolescents and adults. This would be shared office space. The office will be available on Fri, Sat and Mon with the possibility of an additional day in 6-12 months. My office is in a Primary Care medical group with 4 physicians, a podiatrist and two physician assistants. Patients currently come to the reception desk and are checked in by the physician receptionists. Phone, fax, computer, furniture etc. are all included. You can do your own billing or my existing billing person can do this for you.

The office is currently located next to Davis Hospital but will be moving to west Layton off Gordon Ave. The new building will contain the existing medical group, plus a Physical Rehab group and a dental practice. Good opportunity for a licensed psychologist to establish a practice and receive referrals from the group. An interview with the physician staff may be necessary. Comfort in working in a medical setting would be helpful. Many times a brief consultation with the patient in the exam room at the request of the M.D. is helpful to foster a smooth transition to receiving mental health services. Part Time Office Space Available

Center for Human Potential has offices available on a part-time basis. These are large offices with floor to ceiling windows on one side. The rate is $150/month for one day a week.  This includes and would include access to the common space, some access to our large group room, and some limited staff support (greeting clients taking co-pays). Looking for practioners who could compliment a practice focused primarily on neuropsychological and psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, and who might be interested in broadening treatment for clients (and perhaps parents or family of clients) whose mental health challenges may include developmental or neurological components, although this is not a necessity. Referrals for therapy could be made from this office after neuropsychological or psychological evaluations are completed, and consultation on some cases would be important.
